Move Out/In Cleaning Service Move from one place to another is hard work, tedious and stressful without the additional concern of cleanliness. Sometimes there is no time between work and moving to get the cleaning done.

The last thing you want to worry about is having to clean your home or apartment and prepare it for the next owners or tenants. We provide thorough move-in and move-out services that will allow you to focus on what matters most—your new home.

Kitchen:

Inside & Outside of Cabinets and Drawers.
Outside of Large Appliances.
Stove top.
Clean Stove (OUTSIDE ONLY).
Clean Fridge (OUTSIDE ONLY).
General Dusting.
Interior Glass, Blinds, Ledges, Baseboards, etc.
Sweeping & Mopping Hard Surface Floors, Vacuum

Move in/out cleanning doesn’t include the inside of the oven or fridge. Every home is different. Since not all customers require cleaning the interior of the refrigerator and stove, we must separate these items to offer a fair rate.

Sweeping & Mopping Hard Surface Floors, Vacuum
Window Sills.

Bedrooms and Common Living Areas:

General Dusting
Dusting Light Fixtures and Ceiling Fans..
Blinds.
Interior Glass: Windows, Mirrors, etc.
Doors and Door Frames
Baseboards.
Dusting Intake Vents and Air Return Vents.
Sweeping & Mopping Hard Surface Floors, Vacuuming Carpets and Rugs.
Clean Windows and Window Sills.
Wipe down baseboards.
Vacuum, mop and sweep all floors

We don’t climb more than a 2-step ladder to reach higher levels unless a 3-step ladder in good condition is provided by the client. We don’t lift or move furniture, couches, or appliances. We will be able to clean accessible areas only. If you need us to clean under or behind furniture, client will move these so our cleaner can easily clean those areas for you. We are not responsible for any broken or falling down blinds while we do the cleaning.

*Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
